stare at her
as if i have
seen an angel
entranced by a smile
that could erase
an entire world
of all its sorrows
she has the most
beautiful eyes
and in them
i see my life
and the whole purpose
for my existence
i see children
not...

i was lost
upon this ship
i now travel
lost suddenly
on a calm night
under a night sky
so filled with stars
it lighted my way
i closed my eyes
and drempt of you
beautiful and pale
so soft and sweet
with no one to compare
you...

sickness, which is love
a cure from, which is none
to languish, which is plenty
to be lost because of, which
is forever
to thirst for, which is always
to live for, which is definite
to die from, which is certain
because i have lost you
...

somber face
with pain that is evident
words that were harsh
that came crashing down
with the weight of the world
crushing all in its path
all which was one
the one who was destitute
destitute beyond repair
hung up on dispair
which now is...

So, here i am
it comes down to this
a thought, a feeling, a word
from which i'll either benefit
or starve
hungry for the love i have tasted
from the sweetest well i have ever
drank from
its waters, pure and clean
its taste, smooth and sweet...
