Mother Nature's Smile

Mother Nature's Smile 1999 (Port Elizabeth)

silently she sleeps in her dream
but even if she speaks it may seem
that she has been .....
redeemed

the howling wind whispers in the morning before she wakes up
she still feels the last warm embrace from her pillow
and inhales the atmosphere of nature
just like a new born baby in its incubator

finally the sun's hands brushes her eyes
and a light cold breeze passes by
when she still thinks of opening her eyes
the light from the morning sun barges in like an invited guest
her mood peaks and she's at her happiest
at her best.
