I cycled through many artistic outlets as a child. But, poetry and general artistic expressions of thought seemed to be what stuck. I think that is primarily the result of my appreciation for the poetic Shakespeare and Hellenistic theatre. I stuck with writing into my mid-twenties. But, relationships, trauma, and health crises sidetracked interest in almost everything. After a lot of work, and in my mid-thirties, I am back on track. Apart from critiquing my prior work and developing further, my goal is to explore and highlight the work of others. I primarily want to highlight work found in school literary magazines by artists that are little known publicly. This will require some work.
