I have worked most recently as an educator as well performing various other trades. My poetry spans various topics, from contemporary culture to politics, religion and spirituality. I write about whatever inspires me, angers me or makes me laugh. I also write about personal experiences, which I find the most difficult, but the most cathartic.

Thank you for your feedback. I felt that the absurdity of that form of censorship warranted it's sardonic satire. Then I framed the message within the whimsy of a nursery rhyme to reflect both the limits of the intellect of the leaders heading up the movement as well as their twisted moral approach to the issue.
