Eddie J. Mills, a Louisiana-born intermediate poet with over four decades of experience in the field, has honed his craft through continuous writing and inspiration from literary greats such as Paul Laurence Dunbar, Carl Sandburg, and Walt Whitman, Maya Angelou and William Shakespeare. Mills has published several works under various pseudonyms, including Libra of Love, Man of Romance, Epic Eddy and Erotic Eddie, demonstrating his versatility in writing various themes and genres. He has won multiple awards throughout his career, including the World of Poetry Award of Merit Poet in 1990 and World of Poetry Golden Poet in 1991. Mills's passion for writing poetry is evident in his extensive collection of over 300 unpublished poems and song lyrics, many of which are dedicated to his loved ones. He has been published in several reputable poetry websites, and his anthology, "Camping at the Desert on a Windy Day," was published by the International Library of Poetry in 1998. Mills aspires to become a celebrated poet and is well on his way to achieving his dreams, driven by his passion for writing, dedication to his craft, and artistic talent.
