I am an opera singer who loves literature and dabbling in poetry writing that follows no particular rules; instead I like to let my imagination and emotional state set the mood but the try to allow the music of the words themselves to create the lines.

I lost my love today,
I fell out of my fairytale.
No longer do I wish to sing,
No more do I wish to fail.

Nothing I do is good enough.
My head is thick
But I’m not very tough.
The thought of failure makes me sick.
