I come from the opposite side of depression... hiding it from myself and then saying it out loud once realizing I was depressed and being completely honest about it with those I loved. Just to realize they didn't really care and didn't show any empathy. Which made depression something much more difficult to face and get over. Well done. My poetry stems from life experience. And this gives me prospective from a different side that would have meant me silent instead of screaming. Thank you.
