Great progression. Good topic, well framed and slightly philosophical. Good recurring lines for emphasis.

The philosophical nature (no pun intended) of the poem appeals to me. It is well written with language that paints a vivid picture of the author's mind. It flows well, with a considered metre and well constructed rhymes that feel natural and not at all contrived.
