I'm just an ordinary guy writing about the observations I see everyday. I have written over 700 poems but I have never been published. I am trying to read every poem written by my favorite poet Charles Bukowski. I also love Jack Kerouac, Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison. Hopefully one day I will win a contest and maybe get published, until then I will keep writing because I love to do it because poetry is an escape into your soul.
