Dear Lord, Remember Me
Gloria J. Blackmore 1960 (Lubbock)
When my years is plenty and I can barely see. Dear Lord, remember me. When I struggle to get up from my painful knees. Dear Lord, remember me. When my hold and grip has become weak. Dear Lord, remember me. When my taste buds has changed between my teeth. Dear Lord, remember me. When my fruits is scarce upon my tree. Dear Lord, remember me. When my health is failing and I need a relief. Dear Lord, remember me. When my heart is not pumping as it should be. Dear Lord, remember me. When I am on my death bed and I still believe. Dear Lord, remember me. When my family has come together to grieve. Dear Lord, remember me. When I have become saved and my new birth is conceived. Dear Lord, remember me. When the devil is still trying to deceive. Dear Lord, remember me. When my work is done and it is time to leave. Dear Lord, remember me. When at the church and the choir gather to sing. Dear Lord, remember me. When I am laid to rest at your caring feet. Dear Lord, remember me. When my desires is granted to rest with thee. Dear Lord, remember me. When your hands has come to receive. Dear Lord, you remembered me. ( Inspired Of God - Written By: Gloria J. Blackmore - 12-3-21@1:39am. )
