The World Of This Dream

Mckinley Jackson 1985 (ATlanta, GA)

Every time I think of you
I can only say to myself
Could this be true
When my heart can melt

I have have fought what I feel
And some you may know
But I can tell you that this is real
Not for a story show

With you in my life
Feels like a breath of fresh air
Everything feels so right
When looking at this crystal stair

With the sparkle in your eye
And as deep as this goes
To wipe the tears you cry
Only heaven knows

No matter what the world brings
I will stand with you
Till the rain sings
A dream that came true

About this poem
