The Sadder Me
There was a time when my life crashed
The loneliness caused a big gash
The hate grew bigger over night
My world hated me even when I was out of sight
I blamed it all on my my family
For being the ones who chose to abandon me
When I was around them it was bother to them
Like my presence was the devils work
A child with no understanding just a ton of hurt
Now I’m a man and still feel this pain
Like all my suffering is a stain
One that will never come off no matter what I do
So I truck on and pushing trying to find a better me
But the fact is I keep finding the sadder me.
