"Flying"

I feel as if I am always flying.
I can never seem to land on the ground.
And even despite all of my trying,
The sky is the only place I am found.

To my situation there is no fix.
I am becoming unable to rest.
I worry of potential hidden tricks,
And quite sadly, not just a simple jest.

My life now is feeling quite nightmarish.
I am rather unsure of how to cope.
There are now few moments I can cherish.
I am slowly losing all of my hope.

But right before I could have surrendered,
To the ground I was finally tethered.
