The Nest

The pressure is on
Stepping closer to the edge
My heart is pounding

My parents are gone
Uncertainties in my head
The old me, drowning

Feeling like a fool
But I believe I can fly
Close my eyes and jump

My wings are my tools
“Be brave and open your eyes”
My instincts will come

Today is the day
I reunite with the tribe
Above all the clouds

The light leads the way
My purpose is of high vibe
Powerful and proud

My heart fills with joy
I can feel it flow through me
I’m free, so I sing

The world is my toy
Abundant infinity
Wind beneath my wings
