Dear Abby
Dear Abby
Why you always so crappy Abby ?
Sometimes you could be happy dear Abby.
Look at how beautiful the sun looks today,
yet you decide to sulk instead of being gay.
Oh the sun always looks the same,
and to think of it otherwise is only insane.
Being sad is not a choice I make,
cause why would someone willingly put their happiness at stake.
I just feel so lost and empty sometimes,
a feeling that even I can't define.
Oh I tell you dear Abby,
it's all in your head.
You probably don't try
and just find it easier to cry.
Probably you have grown lazy,
because u weren't like this before.
You were so lively and curious
and not this person who no longer likes to explore.
I wish you had never uttered those words.
You don't understand that they make me so perturbed.
You will never know how I feel,
and the monsters with whom I have to deal.
You will never know how it feels to be lonely in a room full of people,
or how it feels to be stuck in a hole where you are just falling deeper.
Somedays I may even look all happy and beaming,
yet my mind may still be crumbling and screaming.
Some days I really wish to thrive,
but other days I just want to survive.
Oh dear Abby, I wish I had known all this.
I have not been considerate enough, is what I must admit.
I know I can never fully understand all that you have been going through,
but I assure you dear Abby, that you are not alone in this because I will always be there for you.
