The Point Of Origin
Derrick E Carey 1981 (Sarasota)
The Illusion has been cast before me.
In a single particle blast.
A new life has been born.
Brought in existence
An unexplainable transformation occurs
The life gains conciseness of its surrounding
As it breaths air for the first time in its life.
It becomes its new normal
Excepting its transformation into our reality
Unaware and ready to take on the challenge of the unknown
How can it be possible to prepare someone?
For the challenges he or she may face.
When the path to life is unknown to man kind
Our journey through multiple variations of daily reality
Always unsure of the outcome.
From morning to night
We are sure to face difficulties
That will test our limits, focus, and mental stabilities.
When we can only guide through his or her youth
