Told To Tell
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
Lies told to tell and have believed,
Eventually has their consequences...
Searching in need to pay.
For the guilt felt returning a visit.
Lies told to tell,
And purposely meant to deceive.
Has a way to be unforgiving.
Regardless who worships their hypocrites!
Anyone intended to be picked and victimized.
By liars disguising themselves,
As truth walkers by day.
Yet hoodwink stalkers,
Skilled at backstabbing talk.
Are just what they are.
Pretentious unrelenting B.S. creators.
From North, South, East, West.
No matter where the coast may be.
Where demons ultimately find their way,
To portray tear dripping wholesomeness.
With a sincerity,
Even to fool fools over and over again!
'I can't believe I was tricked like that!'
'Stupidity is an addiction.
Always looking for a fix.
But denying the price it pays to stay refusing,
Being hooked as someone else's problem.
Although...
Will demand in protest for cures to be made,
Readily available.
For those ignorant spreading the disease.
And...
Protected by entitlements.
Giving them the right,
To remain as stupid as possible.
Depending upon their ethnicity!'
'What a bias and racist thing to say.'
'Sometimes I am feeling patriotic.
And at other times I don't.
Either way...
Does it make a difference?'
