Deep inside her mind

Always afraid of the negative things
Scared she’s not pretty enough
Kind enough
Brave enough
Smart enough
Never knows what’s right to say
Or what’s wrong
Constantly changing her looks
Style
Friends
She’s drained
Mentally and physically exhausted
Mood changing events
Losing close friends
Hitting herself for not being better
She struggles with communication
Always scared she’ll do the wrong thing
She just wants to be better
To show a better version of yourself
