True Friendship

True friendship is as sweet as you
You matter to a friend as much as they to you
True friendship shakes hand with equality
And with individuality

True friendship can be a root to love though
True friendship  for sometime can turn into a foe
True friendship is harder to find than lose
True friendship [unlike relatives] you choose

True friendship is not chosen by god
True friendship has points bitter as gourd
Or sweet like the kind words sound
In true friendship together in the pool of happiness you bound

True friendship is a cake made of ingredients which are hard to obtain
Without the ingredients the cake will go in vain
True friendship can't be sold to dishonesty or power
Like with plastic you can't build the stongest tower

A true friend is like the moon
In the dark they guide you soon
A fake friend is like the sun in day
They guide you when it's happy and gay
