The Pain As A Child Will Follow

Hilary 1984 (Trinidad Colorado)

The mind is very powerful it can destroy you.
The demons that stay will never leave .
The nightmares will always remind you.
The pain will make you stronger but the triggers are the devil. The weakness let’s him win .
The fight will go on and everyday is a struggle.
It’s like a burning fire that won’t go out slowly burning every inch of my body.
Years go on and the pain remains.
My eyes and heart are shattered darkness stays within.
The loneliness will kill you.
I’m dead inside but faking this smile just to survive.  Everyday I live is in survival mode.
Life goes on…….even without a soul having a clue.
