The Only One

People leave.
No matter how much you love them, in the end, they are gonna leave you.
In the end, it’s only that one person that you’re gonna meet, who stays.
Who will come to your cemetery at your every death anniversary and leave some of your favorite fresh flowers?
Who will sit there and talk to you for hours and still update you on what's happening in their life?
They are probably gonna fall in love w someone else after you’re gone.
But it doesn’t matter cuz if they actually loved you.
They wouldn’t love the next person as much as they loved you.
Soulmates are real.
In the end, it’s only that one person that cares.

About this poem

Honestly, it's a matter of thoughts. I write these poems just imagining things. I grew up watching Disney movies, and have always conceived life as a Disney movie.
