The Flight

I want to dance with the words unspoken,
I want to fly with the dreams in the sky,
Perhaps I'm just far too broken,
Still it's a meaningful, beautiful try

It's a magical moment well balanced,
It drifts through the clouds way up high,
It may be my curse or my talent,
To not let your pain pass me by.

Meet me in the fractions of light,
Between the moments that shine,
For in this moment of glimmering flight,
Is where you will always be mine.

About this poem
