My eyes can see all the lies
All the lies that you say
Oh, how painful the truth is.
The untold truth lies behind those pitiful eyes
All the “ I love you”’s what a lie that was
I let my soul see the words you did not truly mean
This love is like what you see on movie screens
It just doesn’t have a happy ending or any ending at all...
Real eyes see real lies.
