The polaroid,an agonizing scene
Of punic faith,of insecurity’s sheen
Friend of two up for a toss
For who bears the loss?

Quivering lips, bidding farewell
Faith slipped, apologies in a wishing well.
Emotions piled like hay.
While I calmly wait for the swarm of May


Away from you, quite blue
Buzz all out to brew
Subtle hints of a broken knot
Despair, care all in a clot
