I can't stand my reflection

I don't know myself,

does it mean I should look at the floor?

Stop! don't look at me! I can't stand to look no more!

Where is it from what have I have I become I come back with a blank making me feel dumb Never have I intended it to be this way but I'm trying to make it better day by day I really want to do my best To lay the anger I feel way down to rest Breaking down with a heavy heart so disconcerted I don't know where to start stuck in a rut trying to get out
