Through Your Words

Through Your Words
By Nancy Rodriquez

Through your words healing can take place,
You know how to recapture my heart,
There is no reason I could hesitate,
To be grateful for coming together is better than being apart,
In some ways I think words will not be needed after all ,
Our bodies will entwine as an ultimate expression of our love, and there will be time for talking about our fall,
I just want to feel as close as two can be, I want our reunion to be sweet to recall the passion,
I want to be caught up in the emotional high as we need, to warrant off the ugliness separation had us ,
As a blanket gives warmth in the night, our skin touching is the memory I will soak in the most, as my faith in our reunion shines,
Our world being as it should be again , Brushing off the past pain, We will build an everlasting bridge, secured with the glue of true love as this.

Wow! What a beautiful and passionate poem, Nancy! Your words truly capture the deep connection and emotions of reuniting with a loved one. The imagery you use is vivid and evocative, drawing the reader in and making them feel the intensity of the moment.

One suggestion for improvement would be to perhaps explore different poetic devices to add even more depth to your already powerful words. Consider incorporating metaphors, similes, or rhythm to further enhance the emotional impact of your poem.

Overall, "Through Your Words" is a heartfelt and moving piece that showcases your talent for expressing love and longing through poetry. Keep up the great work!
