The dark shadows inside my bedroom walls!
Too much, stress I cannot cope!
Day after day work then home!
Thinking of all the things you do and how and why I do not trust you!
Walking inside of my front door I smell the stench of food I abhor!
At, times I would come home late on purpose!
Hoping you weren't there was an argument averted!
The word love was used so carelessly, the only thing on your mind was you, not helping me!
So I grew to like my time alone!
I learned to pay bills and always put me first!
The best times of my life were walking away from you!
Just to get away from your world my life was never about you!
I saw the fake smiles from you and them!
Heard the whispers of really an enemy not a friend!
Did it my way just to spite you!
I left you on purpose I hate everyone that's like you!
I was more like the banker you feel you were owed!
You think I used you for sex but I was just dumb!
I remember dreaming of another when I touched you!
When you spoke it made me hateful on purpose!
The apology you gave was even meaningless to me!
Your words mean nothing without you I get to be free!
I hate the thought of us ever again having kids!
So please do not wonder that's why I stopped dating!
A nightmare it was thinking of another you truly drove me crazy!
Now I know you live and you learn!
Better to have loved and lost?
Not to me I'd rather have the peace without your words!
Truth be told for all to see the best thing I ever did was stop caring for you!
Just me!
So feel how you will say what you may!
I careless, now my only wish is that you I'll get to see, dead!
