A love letter to no one.

Your eyes shine like infinite stars in an endless night. Plaguing my mind like the greatest plight. Your form dances freely in my mind. as your beauty guides me to new heights.

Your warmth fills the gaps that loneliness leaves behind. In a world of lost lovers, I'm content in having mine.

Your touch, my drug
Your sight, my dream
Because you are my everything.

A goddess in the truest form.
A voice more golden than any angels horn.
Heaven sent I am convinced, because anything from this earth couldn't be so perfect.

Hair of darkened silk,
and eyes so blue it could turn the sea green.
So enchanting it's almost heresy.
You are a queen, I would protect gladly.
For you I'd lay my life down easily.

To say masterpiece, would merely be a compliment to the word.
An artists vision that exceeds even their own hand.
Perfection, passed the concept.
Immaculate, passed the understanding.
A complex description that would leave the layman's tongue bleeding.
Were words fall short, so too, does ideality.
To sing your praises would require, a choir, with numbers towards infinity.

You are my missing piece.
You are all and only,
what I need and want.
The pinnacle of my elated mind.
The culmination of my base desires and spiritual needs.
The only agreeance made between a restless soul, and a battered body.
The someone I could love with my entirety.

And...

It's just a shame, you don't exist.

Blake, this poem is awesome!! Incredibly descriptive imagery. The ending caught me by surprise the first time I read it—a lovely poetic tactic … hope to read more.

The flow was really good as I read this. The imagery great, the relatable adoration of an imaginary lover who is a sweet amalgamation of all the best traits. I like this one the most.
