MIND

mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)

I do not sleep because I do not care about dreaming. This life is an open book, and I am the writer and the painter of the pictures I care to read and see. Am I going mad? Is this a message of my reality

What path must I follow when my eyes finally decide to close with my heart on my sleeve? My mind is open like a book. It wants to see everything and nothing it wants to believe, but it knows better.

I have been beaten, broken down, and bruised, but giving in my mind refused. I have fallen more times than I can count, yet my mind said you got heart. Never give up
