Mr.Glennon McCray
Sharika Vann 1990 (Detroit)
Trying to shake this feeling to detach from the fantasies in my mind. Loneliness takes over my spirit. The urge to feel love runs through my vein. The extra hard grin that takes over then a simple blush. Soft kisses deep hugs combined with a touch that fills my soul from deep within! Get off of me! It’s hard to pick a side wanting to chase these mindful fantasies that once left me lonely. Lonely never hurt me;I’m content. Then there’s you! You got something I’ve been wanting; your so new! Get off me!!! Soul tied from one date! I don’t want to be here. So caught up in the wave you’ve created when you swam inside me. I’m afraid but I’m deserving of all the right things. I deserve you. The you in your purest form. Give me you. The you that you hide from your self. It’s calling me loudly through the ears of my heart. Why can’t you hear it? Be his peace queen! More over peace is still. He won’t open the door but I’m open, afraid and still lonely. A want turned into a need. I find myself needing you in ways that’s bigger then the simplest mind. Protection!! Protect me from the dark places I’ve once traveled alone. Lead me so that I can follow you in the most superlative way. Mode me into an even better woman. Cherish my flaws, hold my secrets. Respect the fact I’m a compassionate being. I am not inclined to stem from the lonely place I was once satisfied with. You’ve already brought me to the light!!! Feels like I’m roaming in space until you find the time to find me. Not even sure if our paths meet. Uncertain to where I stand with you. Is there any room for me left inside. Your heart want open for me! I prayed for this. I prayed for you. GQ
