Imprinted

The beauty of your face is imprinted inside my mind
The answers, the answers,  I just cannot find
Confusion overflows and leads me to nowhere
I hope you can feel  how much everyone does care
I ask, how could such an angel be taken so soon?
You must have had another job to do…
Why, but why?
I do not understand why you had to die….
I remember your sweet face looking up at me
When I close my eyes…. it’s still your innocent smile I see
I enjoyed every minute of time spent with you
I was the teacher….. yet always learning too
You will always have a special place in my heart
As to my memories of you…this is only the start
