Down

Don't speak
Don't feel
I don't care
Don't heal

Your feelings
Your thoughts
They don't matter
Weren't you taught?

Excuse me
Said the world
Again to the useless man
I am speaking now
Shut up I said
And cover your mouth

Day in
Day out
His family
His Friends
And every being inbetween
Reminded him
Reminded them
He doesn't matter
And with that the door slams closed.

So he will leave
But he won't wither away
He will choose to depart
To the land of eternal stay

So I ask you please
Be careful with your words
Some feel too much
And some feel not at all.

Now which one are you?
Can you care too much?
