My Lady, My Love, My Queen

Everytime I speak your name a smile unfolds on my sadden face.
With haste I'll tell you my love for you is dearest to my heart.
For every beating moment I want to spend with you my love.
Intense our quarrels may be but I tell you our passion is even greater!
For love without quarrels is like an Autumn night without stars.
My dearest just know that in darkness you are my light cause your smile shines so bright.
Your song is sweet and when you speak my name the melody caresses my ears to set this gentle giant to sleep.
So goodnight my love it's time to sleep,
Dreaming of your eyes like oceans so deep.

My name is Chris, I like being called Caution but I'll answer to either..I'm 30 yrs old living in AZ, I love writing poetry and music. I play guitar and have recorded so if anyone is interested in my music check me out on reverbnation.com/cautionx10x .I started taking music seriously in 2010 and perform weekly at open mics. I've been writing poetry since the age of 15 so I've had time to grow as a artist. This is a great site to express yourself with liked minded people so I understand why I'm here in this world. more…
