The Date

With the bederoom bathed in candlelight,
and our babies fast asleep.
romance lingers in the air
we've got a date to keep.

Iv'e dressed the bed in colors
from the pedals of a rose.
the wine  is chilled
the time is right
desire within me grows.

Welling up within me
as i reach to take your hand
a want, a lust, a love, a must,
it's good to be your man.

The music's playing softly
as your silk falls to the floor
there's fire dancing in your eyes
as i turn to lock our door.
