The Look

The look I get, is a devil looking at me in my face. Is there something I need to know...tell me your thoughts just tell me what's inside of your head.

But all I get is that glance of the evil stare...tell me whats on your mind, I can just tell that you won't tell me.

Sometimes life is a b*tch, just the feeling of being slapped in the face. Get your head out of your *ss and stop hiding your lies. Tell me something I have not heard, give me a story.

Maybe give yourself a time to release the pain that you have inside...just open up and tell me your thoughts. But I can tell, that you won't tell me.

The look I get, tells me that you don't want me around, just a feeling of being upside down.
The cold air I breath, just reminds me that I am alive.
Take the time to release the pain that you have, let out all the anger within you.

But every time, you look at me I got those feelings of being in my dark hole.
This time I will release all my anger and all this rage that is within me.
Let me pour my rage into your face, I will not be broken down.

The rain falls from the night sky, as I see through my eyes...I feel the hate from within me again.
All these emotions, pour like rain from above.

But the way you keep looking at me, might get my rage into your face.
So don't f*ck with me.

I look at the blood on the ground, still it gives me chill inside.
I can't believe, I shot you dead. I have your blood on my hands, can't seem to wash them off.

Max Hornbogen

My name is Max D. Hornbogen and I live in Marquette Michigan all my life. When I started writing it was during my brothers graduation from high school. I really don't know the year. Now I am 22 years old, while I was growing up my dad died in a car accident during the winter. Some of my pomes are about him, a lot of my others ones are personal. Most of them deal with everyday life and the struggles that I deal with. Also some of them are kind of dark, but I do have a wide variety of everything. The one thing that I love the most out of my writing is that it is an outlet, it's like my own world. I get to say whatever I want. I love music of all kinds, also it's another reason I love writing my poems. I always study lyrics by other music artist that are out there. Also I got to have music on while I write my poems.I have been writing 5 years so far more…
