nosh

truths canned
to be whispered
unseen
not heard

remember when
breathing came
easy

pick a
partner from the
shelf
drop it in your
shopping
cart
consume each
other

uncanned
olives on a serving
tray with
toothpicks

lovely spread

relief of desperation
