Analysis of Twilight Zone
jody l cooke 2021 (north carolina)
They say our love is cursed but we’re two hearts that will never die, living our lives in a twilight zone in between the dusk and dawn
Our bodies fade into the morning light but our hearts beat on night after night
We’re cursed by another to be apart that is why we meet between the daylight and dark
My love and I walk hand and hand beneath the moonlight shape-shifting to vampire and wolf
One with claws and the other with fangs we’re lost together in the twilight for we’re the creatures of the night
