Analysis of That New New

James E. Spurgeon Jr. 1986 (New Jersey)

In newness
For you ms
I'll do this.. the truest
Presently prudent
Pushed into presence through fluid
Seminal, see me now
Let's get right to it
That's an offer that he wouldn't find off her
Imagine the joy when he really thought he lost her
To Dante's inferno, but Doom was an imposter
Like, pop ish, I popped her
Impromptu
You liar
Planned on the downfall with no backup
But I'm Pop Smoke, Fire
What else sir?
Had to let him go, fired
Making is my business, easily made known
Giving life through the similes, check the lines in the poem
Solid as a rock, I call it as I know 'em
Watch me wind back the clock
When you watch your belly growing
Life, love, peace
Feed, grow, eat
Food for the starving
Like stars in the darkness
Getting heavy with the Light
Feel my burden and its lightness
Giving you image and a likeness
Can't find another like this
