Analysis of The Fear of the Lord
Richard Newton Sherrer 1951 (Easton)
Bless everyone who fears the Lord,
Who have been walking in His ways;
They continue in one accord,
And abiding in Him always.
Eat fruit of labor of your hands,
God will bless and you shall be well;
If you comply to His commands,
And worship in His house to dwell.
Your wife will be a fruitful vine,
Your children will be olive shoots;
At the table together dine,
Within your house planting firm roots.
Thus shall be blessed who fears the Lord,
His blessings from Jerusalem;
Because you will not be ignored,
Reassuring He will not condemn.
The Lord shall bless you from Zion,
May you see the prosperity;
All of your days as a lion,
Compassion with sincerity.
May you see as your children grow,
As peace comes upon Israel;
And knowing that the Lord shall show,
The difference between fake and real
