Analysis of Allowing growth in families

Doreene Felder 1967 (Phila.)

When families complain
There's a reason why
Not liking what was said
Or a reminder of you not there
Maybe they don't like your attitude
Or you are just rude
Maybe you don't pay them rent
Maybe you don't have a job
Or they blame you for things
Or you too high on God
What ever the reason should be
You have a right to be helped
If you are helping yourself
You have a right to be encouraged
If you are discouraged
You have the right to be fed
If you are hungry
You have a right to be helped
If you can help someone
If you help someone along the way
 God won't forget you
 for he paved the way
That the door he's opened
To allow you to help someone
Was the one he used
 to help you
Just to be
what he needed you to be.
That someone will remember you
For a soul was set free
That's the outcome of
Human generosity.
