Analysis of That I Was Here
Every where I turn
The news is bad
I'm still alive
But I ain't glad.
The news they say
this summer so hot
I stay inside
and feel it not.
My old bones ere
always cold, that
the way it is
So I've been told.
My name is Joe,
What a dumb name
and have no money
and have no fame.
So when I'm gone
If I ever am for
Actually dying
I have no plan.
But I suppose I will
Kick the bucket some day
And if they read my rhyme
then they will know
That I came by this way.
