Analysis of Slowly Dying

My heart is broken on the floor.
It shattered such a long time ago,
But I’ve been stuck for quite some time,
So I’ve never had the chance to
Put it all back together.
My life is dying,
I’m losing hope,
And soon my life will be lost.
