Analysis of every little thing

I wish I told you
everything I loved about you
before you left.
the way your excitement shows
when you are telling me something you are passionate about,
the way you would go through hell and back for your best friend.
your green eyes,
I think I could fall in love with you again and again because of those eyes.
the way you take care of your dog and the way you play with him like a child would,
the way you love your mom
and how you’d always be there for your little brother.
the way you were scared to tell me what you hated most about yourself
and the things you are not proud of,
but also the way you talked to me
when you realized I love you despite it.
and it's too late now,
I love every little thing about you
but I guess now you'll never really know
