Analysis of My favourite love songs

When I read romance,
I cant help but think of you.
I hum my favourite love songs,
And I imagine your embrace.

I feel my chest tighten,
And my heart skip a beat.
But how do I really feel?
And why can't I sleep?

I've fallen for so many people
But when I thought you were the one,
my feelings were gone.
And now your drifting away.

I wonder if I'll always be like this.
I cling on so tight,
but then I push away.

I don't want to hurt you,
or anyone else I think of while humming my favourite love songs.

But am I already too late?
