Analysis of If only I had

If only I had a decent body
If only I had a decent mind
If only I had such decent legs to stroll forth upon
If only I had a wonderful brain
Free from random bouts of dizziness and confusions
If only I had a decent digestive system
And excite those wonderful little taste buds
If only I had a wonderful circulatory system
Composed of smooth vessels, all rich in Iron
If only I had a strong skeleton and muscular system
To tackle on the toughest outdoor challenges
If only I had a decent pair of lungs
For climbing the highest mountains
If only I had a decent mind
Freed from unwanted worries, doubts and fears
If only I had a decent body and mind
Oh my oh my...
What a sight would that be
Me overcoming my own limitations
Me transcending my weak physical constitution
Me traversing my unstable mental condition
Opening up to a door of infinite possibilities
And raise forth my inner self
Like an inner serpent rising
A mystical Kundalini, if it may be?
Erasing these unseen bonds of fixation
Bringing light to the darkness that has engulfed me
And opening me up
Completely and Totally
My oh my...
What a sight that would be!
Is this it?
Is this what it is
To be truly enlightened
