Analysis of Pandemic

March 2020 a two-week school closure

Suddenly everyone is so careful about exposure

Out of nowhere Covid just appears

My future is now unclear

Schools are now canceled until the end of the year

Everyone's worrying about the ones they hold dear

I now start 7th grade on Microsoft teams

It is so surreal that it is almost a dream

I become so very tired of isolation everyday

The end is never near and there is always delay

Covid reaches its one-year anniversary

I start to see my sister preparing for university

I notice covid reaches an all-time low

Eighth grade starts and it's time to go

Back in person is going so well

But omicron is coming and it’s spreading like hell

My school avoids going back online

I continue to go to school and have a good time

I become more relaxed and ready to learn

I think Covid was crazy and hope it won’t return
