Analysis of Outside the Womb

Outside the Womb
Wrap it tighter! Pull harder... !

I tried to hold onto the string saving the warmth of your love.

But mother! you kept on pushing!

U tossed me in a world naked to mankind...
I was compelled to be estranged.

U gave me to a father but the numbness of his, love hugged me from a far.
And the day U cut ties with him was the day they cut  my chords.

The empty pockets of my chilly childhood carried the man’s absence.

Mother! a jacket would’ve been fine!

Mother! you weren’t the first to hold me.

Mother! it was you who listened all my cries and  like any other parent, thought I was hungry to learn.

I became so educated, Till I wish I could’ve taught you.

But every time I try to share some courses…
I could see you leaving the hospital -

to bury the string I’ve spent my life wrapping around my fingers.

Mother, Now,                      I can never stay home.

The painful  truth is if I could be reincarnated I’d still choose the womb.

I’d just have to pocket images of my future just so you could see how happy I am when I’m not cold.

And even I too would coil and pull that little string a little tighter to save us.

Mom I’m here.

My writing has always been treated like a diary whose tales have never been revealed. An inspired writer based on a story of pain. On that day, created a natural writer, one gifted beyond measures. Who finally wishes to be an open book. more…
