Analysis of Struggle

Mpendulo Ngoma 1994 (Kwaggafontein)

The struggle's real
That each one's zeal's defeated
Men want to keep it together
But stars don't want to shine on them

Some bearly keep their head above the water
Some looking for ways to keep above water
Fists punching in the air
Yet no distance's walked

Most ask themselves; what'd i do wrong?
But no answer surfaced only more worry
Smiles are wiped away
Like greens after a flood

Struggle's real, even after all's achieved
Lives are lost making it vain to have
All walk with pride but in unfavourable side
Although we fight we know we can't be is sight.
