Analysis of I drank the worlds tears

I drank mankind's tears
As I sung my crying words
And heard the images of god
Spoke in every verse
It was as drifting angels
Taking my soul through trees
And all my woefullest followers
Followed in final breeze
And as our beings moved
Like owls in the night
I glimpsed a look of tenderness
Within each mornful eye
And landed on their hearts
And clawed them till they dropped
And drowned in their sorrow
Like mice eaten by cats
And floated in the stomach of a silent grave now flat
As dead soldiers in the river leaked their tears so mortally
And let my soul relive in the heavens for eternity.
