Analysis of Oh Angel in the dark
Oh Angel in the dark
Light me on my way
For sleep is not enough
To sooth me, so I say
This night pray let me pass
Unto the golden rhelm
Where I am too a king
So take up this fresh helm
To skies a lit with blessings
That light up thy devine
Graced with legion and more
And on your pure face shine
That too I can adore.
Let me wash - your clearest rivers
Where ancient flowers grow
As untouched in magnificence
Than I can ever know
And light in light we'll ride
Upon the spinning stars of
galaxies of pride
More special in their show
Where all but few shoot by
In superb colours a-glow
Brushing at our bodies
Like the finest kiss of snow
Oh tell me Angel in the dark
I love you more than you know
